Sh*t Guys Should Know About Fashion - #6



From my personal experience, fashion can be pretty hard to follow if you don’t know what people are talking about. So I thought that starting the Sh*t Guys Should Know About Fashion segment would be a great way to unravel most of the jargon you hear or read about fashion.

Today’s mystery fashion term is:

Dye Sublimation Tees are printed with a high-temperature printing process using permanent dyes that really 
sink into the fabric. The images come out a lot clearer and can be more detailed than your regular tee. 


One thing I dislike about printed tops is the way they start to peel or fade after a couple washes. Sublimation prints are great because they are permanent. I really love the soft, worn-out effect these t-shirts have, I think that it’s a trend that will really catch on with lovers of vintage or 2nd hand clothing. 

If you’re an avid user of Tumblr like me, you might have come across Sexy-Sweaters, a blog dedicated to sweaters with all-over prints.  It’s run by friends, Alec and Greta and their blog boasts fans from around the world.
